01The Brief

What needed to exist.

Most edtech treats knowledge as a stairway — linear, accumulative, certificate at the end. ORBITA was conceived around the opposite metaphor: knowledge as constellation, where understanding emerges from relations between nodes, not progress through a queue. The brief was to design an entire ecosystem — brand, web, mobile, and a tangible physical object — around that single shift.

02The Approach

How the system was built.

Generative identity built on a 3D point cloud — every encounter with the brand renders a slightly different constellation. Three faculties, each with its own generative shape. Manifesto: knowledge is not linear, it is spatial. Spatial navigation in the interface; mobile core stripped to essentials; interaction states named after intent — default precision cross, hover orbital state, focus spatial node. A tangible key — matte black PVC envelope with cyan foil edge — accompanies every cohort, anchoring the digital ecosystem in a physical artefact.

03Identity

Wordmark, typography, color.

Wordmark

The ORBITA wordmark uses geometric sans with a rotated O — the letter doubles as the orbit. The wordmark is the manifesto compressed.

Typography

Modular grid system; geometric sans-serif for headlines paired with monospaced face for technical and educational contexts. Type behaves like instrument — calibrated, not decorative.

What the system became.

A complete ecosystem where the brand renders itself slightly differently every time, where every learner receives a physical anchor in the post, and where the interface treats curiosity as navigation rather than progression.
