LUXURY SKINCARE

MNĒMA

A skin memory system.

Read in silence.

— THE PROJECT

MNĒMA — a luxury skincare house built on evidence, not promise. A specimen rather than a product line: the system reads forty-seven measured points of the skin in twelve seconds, on-device. Three readings emerge — moisture, erosion, memory — and three objects are composed accordingly: a cleanser, a serum, a cream, recomposed every thirty days or whenever the skin speaks otherwise. MNĒMA positions from measurement — evidence before claim.

— THE APPROACH

The position required a system that could speak in pauses. Identity, packaging, and digital surfaces are built around restraint: a single serif wordmark with a Greek-style macron, monochromatic packaging in volcanic black, and an editorial digital experience that reads more like a journal than a shop. Delivered as eighteen plates composed as an editorial atlas — brand identity, end-to-end UX/UI for mobile and responsive web, art direction, packaging.

— MAKING

MNĒMA was built on a single premise — evidence before promise. A specimen, not a product line: the brand reads what is there before composing anything for it.

The system reads forty-seven measured points of the skin in twelve seconds, on-device. Three values emerge from the reading — moisture, erosion, memory — and three objects are composed accordingly: a cleanser, a serum, a cream. The composition recomposes every thirty days, or whenever the skin speaks otherwise. The wordmark carries a Greek-style macron — a hold, a pause set over the word — and packaging stays monochromatic so the skin's own data is the only ornament.

Eighteen plates, composed as an editorial atlas: brand identity, end-to-end UX/UI for mobile and responsive web, art direction, packaging. The work tested whether luxury could position from measurement rather than from claim — and what emerged was a system that earns the next thirty days, not the first promise.
