— THE PROJECT
Visual identity and digital ecosystem for ÉPOQUE — a Parisian real estate boutique whose holdings are buildings older than most countries. ÉPOQUE is positioned in the quiet, holding the tension between heritage and modernism without collapsing into either.
— THE APPROACH
The system treats each residence as a document, not a listing. The website behaves like an architectural monograph: large editorial photography of light and material, structured around provenance, period, and detail. Properties are not sold — they are introduced. The wordmark is constructed on classical proportions, paired with a quiet teal heritage palette.
— MAKING
ÉPOQUE was positioned in the quiet — a Parisian real estate boutique whose identity holds the tension between heritage and modernism, never collapsing into either.
Editorial typography carries voice; archival photography carries the residences themselves — light, panelled wall, olive branch, period detail. The wordmark is built on classical proportions; the palette stays in heritage tones so the residence's own light is what the page leaves room for. Spatial logic, not transactional grid, structures the digital ecosystem.
Visual identity and the full digital ecosystem were delivered as one editorial system. Properties unfold by provenance, period, detail — not by list. The work argues, quietly, that a category does not have to inherit its register from itself.
